UK VAT Changes to 15% from the 1st December

With the UK Government announcement this weekend it would seem that the Rate Change will happen sooner then we thought.

I'd say that since 1990 I bet their have been a few systems created by rookies with the rate hard coded, not too much trouble for a web application but for compiled applications this could be. Another win for ColdFusion I say ;)
