It’s with great pleasure I can finally announce after some long discussions that I will be joining the ranks of Fuzzy Orange on the 1st May 2009.

It was a hard decision to make to leave HostelBookers.com after 18 months, but when a great opportunity comes along to join such a prospering company like Fuzzy Orange you have to take it.

I will be leaving a great team at HostelBookers.com; the width and breath of knowledge within the team is breath taking. The management team is stronger then it was when I started and I have learnt a hell of a lot from them during my time there. I wish them all the best in the future with some of the great and exciting projects that will be coming from them. I have no fear that the IT and Marketing teams will take the company to new levels in the coming months. I thank one and all for the opportunity to work for a company with such a diverse bunch of people.

Now to pastures new; I will be joining Fuzzy Orange as Development Lead; heading up the New London Office and all the current development projects & the ones in the pipeline. Having worked with Andy on Scotch on the Rocks /  Road over the last few years as well as helping out here and there on other things; I belive we make a great team and things can only go to new levels from here.

Times certainly seem to be exciting right now in the CFML community with the Railo release plus the updated Fusion Debug and the upcoming release of CF9 & Bolt along with all the frameworks being updated rapidly.
