Bank Charges Update

Ok, So its been over 14 days since I sent the letter to HSBC. So On Saturday I started my claim using Money Claim Online So it's cost me £250 and the Claim has been served as I got my letter yesterday detailing the claim, I guess they have got theirs as today I logged into the Site and found that they Have Acknowledged the claim so they have 28 days to put in a defense so heres waiting.     Hope you get it, i should do this as i was getting screwed on fees for ages whilst trying to sell our house and money was tight so i had to juggle everything around, but i have a loan with my bank and i believe they can cancel your account after they refund you so i dont want to risk it until thats paid off.

    I've heard they can cancel your account too. Kev, get another bank on the go now so changing everything over won't be too much of a hassle.

    Yep done that already ;) I do have a loan with them, and a credit card but from what i have read they are all signed under different contracts and thus, as I have only done this against my current account the others shouldn't be affected. If the loan requires a HSBC Account and they cancel it have they not broken the Loan the agreement? not sure if that is tru but I'd have a go if this fails ;)
